Strategy is to Build a Multinational Lithium-Graphite Industrial Minerals Company

Vancouver, British Columbia – June 6th, 2017 – Noram Ventures Inc. (TSX-Venture: NRM / Frankfurt: N7R / OTCBB: NRVTF) (“Noram” or the “Company”) is announces that at the Company’s Annual General and Special Meeting held on June 6th 2017 (the “Meeting”), the shareholders of the Company (the “Shareholders”) approved the following:

1. The approval of the audited financial statements of the Company for the financial period ended January 31, 2017,               together with the auditors' report thereon;
2. To set the number of directors at 4;
3. The election of Mark Ireton, Ken Phillippe, Art Brown, and Cyrus Driver as directors of the Company for the ensuing           year or until their successors are elected or appointed;
4. The appointment of MNP LLP, Chartered Accountants for the ensuing year and the authorization for the directors of the     Company to fix their remuneration;
5. Approval of share consolidation;
6. Approval of option re-pricing;
7. The approval of stock option plan.

All resolutions were passed by Shareholders at the Meeting. Further information in respect of each of the matters approved at the Meeting can be found in the Company’s management information circular dated May 10, 2017 available on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.
